Sort what you already have off
I think it would be very nice if the option to sort it, so it wouldn't show items you already have in libarary under "Get more Mods" This would totally make good sense.3 Future consideration

we should get an option to search for cc by the creator's name. Nothing comes up if you type their name into the search box right now. its very hard to search by that specific name of the cc3 Already exists

Ability to "Like" Mods

Add a filter for official CurseForge mods, a filter for non-CurseForge mods, and a filter to exclude gallery items.
