I think it would be very nice if the option to sort it, so it wouldn't show items you already have in libarary under "Get more Mods" This would totally make good sense.
Thank you for the previous feedback! This feature was recently added to the app and you should see better distinguished UI when it comes to installed mods.

The admin has completely missed what the user wants. They mean for the mods you already have installed to not show in the "Add more content" screen. A toggle would be nice.
ok I will look into that.
PS: I promise.
You can see the install button greyed out when you view "Get more mods", but it would better if the mods you already have are FULLY HIDDEN from the get more mods screen. Could this be added to the settings as a "hide my mods" button that acts like a quick filter on the screen?
When hovering over a mod in the app you can see that it's already installed yes but I believe the OP is referring to a way to filter out mods you already own so that they don't clutter up the browsing experience.
With The Sims 4 and the amount of mods that many players have installed (think 1000+) it quickly becomes difficult to remember which ones you already have installed. A compromise could be to have some kind of badge that is always visible, not just on hover.
What do you mean it already exists? It exists in the mods category but not your own mods folder.
