For the Sims 4 content, it would be nice to have the ability to "like" a mod that we don't want to add at the moment, but would like to save for later to remember to come back to.

A sort of wishlist here would be useful, yes. A "report broken" feature (wrench icon?) would also be useful, which automatically posts the feedback direct to the creator who uploaded it.
As a personal list under my login (mods I am considering loading) I favor the idea. But I wouldn't call it "like" as to me that implies social media / I'm telling people it's great and this notion might already be covered under Number Of Downloads. If "like" in the social sense is implemented, "dislike" and "i uninstalled it" also need to be implemented.
Feels like "Bookshelf" maybe? mods I am about to try?
would rather it be "bookmark" instead of "like" but yes.
I would use the heck out of a liking feature. Because I don't always want ALL my favorite cc all at once. I usually just download what I need/want for current gameplay. So all the rest of the cc I love gets lost and I would have to search for it and rediscover it, which can be difficult if you forget the names of creators or of the cc. Having a like or save feature would spare the hassle of searching for that one cc pack that you saw a few months ago that you desperately want for your new sims game (lol).
This could also be useful as an additional search system. For example some projects may have more downloads because the description and thumbnail is well made but you might not really like the mod after trying it so rating only on the amount of downloads seems a bit limited.
