Sims 4 Optional Module Download Feature

So a lot of Sims mods have optional flavours/modules to them (ex. LittleMsSam's mods). As far as I understand, mod authors can't upload optional files on the Curseforge App, so I had to download them from the website. This feels like an extra step and also the optional modules would not get updated whenever the Curseforge main mod does get updated since it's not part of the Curseforge mod technically.


TLDR: it would be incredibly helpful to the users and mod authors alike to add an optional module downloading option within the main mod page. This would allow ease of access for both parties as far as uploading and downloading/updating mods goes.

    This will be so helpful because I delete the dlc and it has a warning sign and everytime I update I have to delete it all over again
