Update supported version easier
As it currently stands, the Curseforge app will not download a mod if the version does not match, especially if the version change is as little as a minor version bump. For example, the difference between 1.12.1 and 1.12.2 as well as 1.18 and 1.18...0

The website provides a clear value for the latest version officially supported by a mod. The API should also provide this functionality by providing the same data in a more obvious way compared to manually determining it from all files available.1
