Addon Comments - Identify Author / Moderator / Contributors

There currently does not seem like a system in place to show that a reply/comment on an addon has been made by someone that works on that project. There should be a way to differentiate someone that works on the project as having some status when responding to comments.

Doing so would enable users of an addon to determine if a answer they are being given has some weight to it.
