And increase scroll bar size option

my hand are pretty hard to use due to some accidents, having the option would let me have access to the scroll wheel when looking through modpack and creating my own instead of being forced to use my scroll wheel. alternatively the last place you left of on after either 2-3 menu changes or a return to a modpack menu change. I've been trying to ignore it for a long time due to the simplicity and probable rarity of my issue
