Do not auto redirect to beta version of website by default. It is not ready for prime time, is missing many features, and doesn't format correctly on mobile.

The site is very inconvenient to understand where the Forge and Fabric mods for Minecraft are. Add a tag in the search so that users can tell which version they need. The new beta design doesn't have this feature.

the beta has actually functioning filters except a verbatim option. The relevance feature is helpful when I'm unsure of what I'm looking for or if I'm desperate for anything. But when I know what I want it just makes the results convoluted.

If I try to install mods for snapshots, there is no option to search for 1.20-snapshot mods. I don't know if this is a planned addition or not but it needs to be added as soon as possible.
