When updating a modpack all mods are deleted and redownloaded, it would be helpful to only update mods that changed in the downloaded updates.
The Updated Modpack Zip could just overwrite after downloading the new mods so that could still be relevant.
The way Github only downloads changed files instead of the entire Repository every time there is a change is a good example.

It would help people like me with bad internet get modpacks updated in under an hour, usually modpack updates only update a couple mods, so redownloading the entire pack is inefficient
That's a good suggestion, however would you be able to explain what the benefits of this would be over the overriding at it stands currently?
