modpack activity log

I've always had problems with keeping track of the actions I took in my minecraft modpacks. Adding a bunch of mods, then deleting a few and updating the newest ones has often lead to the modpack not working anymore and me having to fix the issue. Often then I would think of how useful it would be If someone kept track of those changes. I don't know how complicated such an implementation would be, but coming back to a modpack after a week or so and having forgotten about what changes you've made prior has always been annoying.
