Non Texture Resource Packs
Atm curseforge only allows for texturepacks. However, there are sound packs, model packs, language packs, etc and more which currently don't fit in any category.

Future consideration

Ability to change MC version of created modpacks.
This would be helpful for when Mojang releases patches for Minecraft of the current version like 1.16.0 to 1.16.4 so if you created the pack on previous patch you should be able to change that small version difference.1

Let creators choose the recommneded ram when uploading their packs and updates and notify users if they have less ram then recommneded and have a easy button to deny or accept the recommneded ram

being able to search an author's name similar to how you search mod's and modpack's
imagine you find a good modpack and want to search for more by the same author so instead of scrolling through the entire filter of author names you could just click a setting next to the search bar to search by author names0
