Sort what you already have off
I think it would be very nice if the option to sort it, so it wouldn't show items you already have in libarary under "Get more Mods" This would totally make good sense.4 Future consideration

Make an option to always show mods that require update at top of the list.
In the version 0.217.1 changelog, it shows a bugfix that indicates they removed the feature that would show all mods that require an update at the top of the list, regardless of the lists' sorting... [image[1]] ...but whenever you click on a profi...1 No idea/suggestion

Add a filter for official CurseForge mods, a filter for non-CurseForge mods, and a filter to exclude gallery items.
