SIms4 initializes all households and/or lots from the players content (Mods/Tray) Merged

Player (me) could play the game with his own Sims populating the worlds completely or partially. Game mod or script would check the Mods and Tray directories for SimPerson definitions and either substitue them for the one created by the game already, or have the game read from those directories directly. It would assing house to [empty] lots and and add sims from players files to each. Households varying based on 1, 2, 3, or more in the definition file.

To be able to walk around, similar to how we do it in SimCity 2000, and see my own neighborhoods would be amazing.

Many of my friends have Sim-Surrogates that would make the game more fun. Have you ever wanted to kiss your best friend?
