Add a warning when deleting a mod dependency Merged

When deleting a mod dependency (most of the times a library), the app should warn you that <list of mods> will be deleted / no longer work with that dependency, instead of silently deleting them.

    This sounds like a bug we fixed a while ago, can you share the names of the mods you had so we can look into it?
