Add a warning about deletion for the My Mods Section

I thought it was weird that all my saved Sims/Houses, either from the gallery or created by myself, were listed under the mods section. I deleted everything and when I went back into my game they were gone. There should be a warning that tells you that this could happen before deleting things with your app. I did not know this was like a master-program capable of altering my game without given certain permission to do so.
