Allow users to filter minecraft mods by modloader and version. Merged

Currently, it is only possible to filter Minecraft mods by either modloader or by version. This makes it much more difficult to search for mods that are available for both your minecraft version and mod loader. The curseforge app currently does this automatically, but it is often easier to search through mods on the website.

    When you say Newsletter, are you referring to the "news" channel in Curseforge Discord?
