More general/advaced search filters for MC modpacks Merged

Allow users to better specify what modpacks they are looking for.

So for more general filters I mean: have he user to be able to select all 1.16.x modpacks or all modpacks above 1.12 because for me at least I somtimes just want a modpack with any 1.16 version but I first have to search for 1.16 than 1.16.1 and so on. And the version and above can be useful when you're just browsing for any version but don't want to se 1.7 modpacks because they are to old.

For more advanced filters I would like to be able to select multiple categories at once just to make the searching easier.
