When mods are updated, they sometimes lose compatibility with others, so marking specific versions would be useful. Otherwise, you might accidentally select "update all" without remembering which version actually worked, and now everything crashes.

It would be very useful to display a small symbol indicating why you marked an item, so everything stays organized. Also, when checking for updates, the update button could be a different color for mods with marked versions.
