Share addons with others/guild members

A manifest file that can be shared with others or on a guild discord to make it easier for everyone to start using the same addons.

Best outcome: Register guild on CurseForge via discord server so that anyone can be part of the sync list. I'd say MVP is at least allowing the sharing of the manifest file, but it would be cool to have an official guild sync as well.
