Automatically detect Minecraft version and modloader from the currently uploaded JAR

This feature would be extremely useful for active mod authors.

Currently, the CurseForge file uploader sometimes copies the Minecraft version metadata from a previously uploaded file instead of detecting the metadata from the JAR that is currently being uploaded.

For example, when I upload a Minecraft 1.21.1 Fabric JAR, the uploader may automatically select Minecraft 1.21.8 because those values were copied from an older 1.21.8 file.

I maintain many CurseForge projects across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, so having to manually verify and correct the game version on almost every upload adds a significant amount of unnecessary work and creates a risk of publishing files for unsupported Minecraft versions.

Ideally, the uploader should always prioritize metadata from the currently uploaded JAR and only fall back to previously selected values when the JAR does not contain enough information.
