Community Tag System

A System that would allow the community to specify or recommend tags to add or remove for a mod.

I've seen several mods that label themselves as performance or bug fix and yet they do neither and actually make things worse.

This would allow the community to be able to request a false tag to be be removed or one that's missing to be added.

This could alternatively be implemented like Steam's "Popular user-defined tags" section.
