A way to make sure a certain creator does not show up/certain item

not like a blocking system, but just a way to not see them, and make sure that you can unable this in settings or something, but i would also want it to be in a way that only signed in people can do it, same with the item, you should show a button that says ( do not show ) And for the sims it would be like hair, dresses, something like that.
