I noticed a significant missing element in CurseForge: the "Play" button. The "Play" button is available in the CurseForge application when you enter a mod and play it from the Profiles section. But I think a separate "Download" button would be better. When pressed, the original mod file is downloaded, and a file save box opens. The "Test" button (only in the CurseForge application) is only visible to the mod-making organization (team) and authorized individuals (this is shown in the Testing section of the mod settings). When pressed, the system prompts you to select a mod release. If you select it and that version isn't already installed, a download screen appears, preceded by a confirmation box... When testing begins, a log screen opens, and Minecraft starts. Newly downloaded versions are named "CurseForge Testing {Mod Loader} {Version}". Of course, when installing CurseForge Testing Fabric... version, the Fabric API is pre-installed in the mods. You enter the Minecraft screen that opens during testing by cracking it, because it's not for playing with friends, it's just for testing.
