Adding a skin creator tab to the skins tab Merged

If you do this i whole heartily believe you will be the main launcher used for Minecraft

Mod instillation capability
Mod pack instillation capability
Skin creation capability
Skin changing capability
Skin sharing capability

Players might also like the capability to upload and share skins
maybe through a page of uploaded skins
maybe through a code like how you can with mod packs
maybe players could make skin packs that could be shared through .zip or codes like mod packs
