Many if not most data packs require a resource pack to work properly. A lot of players face degraded expercience while using the "install" button or installing via app with none to poorly working data packs. This experience is also frustrating for data pack creators that see their packs being unproperly installed, despite all their efforts to mention it on the page. This suggestion would be simple to integrate as the "add a dependency" button is already present in data pack files section, but does not feature the resource packs.
