Add "Required Resource Pack" and "Optional Resource Pack" option for the "Additional Files" tab for mods or datapacks that need them

The "Required Resource Pack" option will automatically install the resource pack from the Additional Files tab for datapacks.

The "Optional Resource Pack" option will download the extra resource pack from the Additional Files for a mod but will not be automatically enabled so that modders don't have to go through the troubles of making a built-in resource pack for their mods as it is hard to do especially in Fabric.

This would certainly help people downloading datapacks off of Curseforge as most people have to specify in the description of their works to let people know there is a required or optional resource pack.
