Add Configs button to a Minecraft modpack's content menu for easier access to existing config files

A simple "Configs" tab where the "Content | Logs | Screenshots" menu sits would help a ton with accessing the config files in one place. They don't need to be edited in-app, but at least viewable and able to be opened in other apps. Possibly with the mod icon or the name of the mod next to the file for clarity.
