Discord Linked Account Integration

Curseforge gets in communication with Discord to add linked account capabilities. This would allow users to display their Curseforge page (and downloads) on their discord account, but would also allow discord roles to use curseforge stats (downloads, etc). The official Curseforge servers (normal and developer) could use this to automatically verify users
