Allow authors to subscribe with reward points

I would love to support CurseForge by subscribing to the premium role but it would be pretty tedious to withdraw my author revenue from CurseForge to PayPal to pay with it.

Nexusmods even gives authors a free ad-free experience with a certain download threshold. While that would be nice, I don't expect anything like that. But it would be pretty nice to pay for premium with reward points.

Alternatively, CurseForge could apply for Tremendous to have its own coupon.
