An updated way to send mods to Friends

If it is possible could there be a way to send mods to friends by using the Minecraft account name like whole modpacks through the curseforge app because we can already login to our accounts top skip the launcher when opening a modpack but is it possible to send mods to someone's Minecraft account kind of in the way but like it only works if your logged in with your Minecraft account if this is not possible then that is fine.
