Change Log visible from main screen

It would be great if when I hover my mouse over the "Latest Version" number if you would display the latest change log in a small text window. I always check the change logs to see if there are new features,broken/dropped features, etc. but I have to click on each one and then click on the "Change log", view the text and then go back repeat for all of my addons with updates available.

Just a small window that pops up when i hover over the "Latest Version" number would be awesome. If the change log is long then let me click in the window to open the full change log.
