Currently the only way to figure out the mod ID for Ark Ascended is to load the mod into a single player or local hosted game then edit the ini files to find the ID. If you're running a server, you need the Mod ID to add it to the server configs.

I have 20 mod/project id's in my ini and its difficult to change or re-arrainge mods when you cant search by project/mod id
Please fix this asap!

The Mod Is is the "Project ID" shown in the right hand side info box on the website ("About Project").
