I see it as a way to add another person with full control over the project, in situations with owners getting their main account compromised to have a secondary account set as co owner which can secure the project if needed or to add an actual co owner with full access to rewards. Co Owners should be able to make the project private, access the rewards per project, delete the project etc.
What would that look like?
Multiple people with ultimate control of the project or would a consensus be needed on big decisions?
