Add light colored option for new web page Merged

I find the white text on black a bit eye-straining, and at 67, I've already got plenty of eye strain. Many GUIs have option of 'dark' or 'light' appearance, so shouldn't be hard to add here.

Also, I prefer the updated timestamp format of the original site, which makes it easier to see when to stop looking back.

FYI running Linux, so your desktop app may or may not work correctly for me; given how long a full (re)install of World of Warcraft takes, even over a fast connection, I prefer manual downloads.
