Sims DLC Catagory Merged

A function that is added for modders to add letting the users know if a mod is base game compatible or what DLCs/Packs are needed. Not everyone has all the DLCs or if any so a very visual way or dividing into another specific category of specifics packs that a user has would be nice to have. Can be annoying so search through the description and not seeing if a mod is basegame compatible or not and sometimes the description doesn't have the answer.
