Allow us to filter modpacks by multiple themes or mods

Rather than letting us just choose one theme to search for (Or all themes), allow us to select themes to include and exclude in our search. Currently if you want a multiplayer modpack you're unable to filter the results by anything but multiplayer.
This would allow players to search for, for example, modpacks that are adventure, have quests, but ignoring technology modpacks.
In a similar vein, allow us to add specific mods to these filtered results. Currently if I enjoy a mod and want to look for packs that contain it, my only recourse is to search for the mod's dependencies and then search through the list in alphabetical order.
This would function similar to Steam's "Narrow By Tag" bar when searching for games.
