Review system for mods and specifically modpacks Merged

I believe that a review system should be implemented into the CurseForge app. Why? In the ever evolving landscape of modding, it's becoming harder to differentiate whether a project is good or bad. I believe a reviewing system would not only allow players to separate good projects from bad projects, but also allow players to give more direct feedback on what to improve. Many mods and modpacks have almost have the size and scope of actual video games, and I believe that some sort of rating system is necessary to keep CurseForge an amazing modding platform. However, a reveiwing system isn't the only option. A five star rating system or a simple like and dislike would go a long way to improving on user feedback and giving exposure to good projects with smaller creators.
