Allow Client/Server/Both Tag for mod so you can filter on search Merged

Some mods are only client, some are only server side. This is quit important, if you want to setup a modpack for client/server only so it would be helpful if such a tag would be added so as a player I know, that the server doesn't require the mod and on the other hand, as a server owner I know, that the clients dont require the mod
