Add "Follow Creator" feature so I could keep up to date with certain favorite CC creators!

I think it would help CC creators who post lots of content, and also people who are not always keeping in touch or up to date with CC creators!
There's often so much content by so many talented creators, it gets hard to sort through it all sometimes, and sometimes I just want to keep up to date with few that I do know and love.
I think it would help with the vast about of CC shopping/searching/sorting if I could add my favorite content creators to a saved list or something called "favorites." It would function like by either clicking on the creators, "profile," or perhaps by their name, and "hearting it." which would then save it to a list of creators, to which I would receive notifications, and updates from (in a notification tab, or perhaps by email) that their has been a new 'CC drop,' to which I could click from that list of content creators and proceed either to that item, or to that CC content creator's "profile,"... which would function as a page that held all their creations.
