Make it so that sorting mods by filename puts them in alphabetical order regardless of capitalization Merged

having the files sorted by capitalization makes it harder to compare what is being seen in the app vs in an external file folder, thus making it take longer to troubleshoot missing mods or conflicting mods. Having the mods in Alphabetical order regardless of capitalization, like in other file listing programs makes it easier to go down the list visually and compare.
