Add a file upload button on the curseforge beta Merged

Why is it useful?:
- Because people can actually upload their files to their projects.

Who would benefit from it?:
- Anyone who maintains a modpack/project


How should it work?:
I click a button, I get directed to the upload form.



Ok I'll stop joking now; It seems the upload file button was forgotten on the new beta page of viewing files for a modpack - oops.

Temp fix for people, the URL is https://www.curseforge.com/project/<ID>/files/upload just replace <ID> with your project ID.
