Make a light mode in addition to dark mode. Merged

I know how every company is trying to make a dark mode of their user interface and some are forcing people to use a darker mode. But I am used to light mode as images that are not transparent usally have a white background with all the UI element being dark these images stand out like a sore thumb. Secondly I just prefer light mode, I know alot probally dont like it, calling it a "flashlight" but I am just used to it so at least give an option to return to light mode.
