offline mode Minecraft Merged 

Sometimes we ran out of internet due to ISP problems, I opened CurseForge and tried to play Minecraft with Mods.
However, the software is looking for the network and does not release it, even if you have already downloaded Modpack.
Modpacks already stored on disk do not need a network to authenticate or update.
Detecting there is currently no network and activating Offline mode, warning the user that there is currently no network.
Something simple that saves hours of boredom.
