Add a "favorite" option for mods Merged

When we search for mods and find the ones we like, we typically use them for every modpack. However, when we make a new pack, it can get annoying having to try and find them all again to add the mods. In addition, if we're browsing the mods and find one we might like to use later, we just have to remember what it is and hope we can find it again. The cure for both: the option to favorite mods. They can be found in a separate tab, and will appear for compatible game versions.
