Add the ability to use Transparent Backgrounds in our CF Description Page

Having the ability to add a Transparent Background allows authors to create custom and beautiful Description pages which, in turn will draw more attention to Projects and allow for more downloads ~ which benefit both Authors and CurseForge.

It is currently partially implemented as it is since you can add the Transparent background when customizing the Description page, but it disappears when you click the Save Changes button.

    Oh, this is a good idea. Please implement it, it will show the community that Overwolf listens to the desires of its content creators and really cares about our own success.
