Refresh/Rescan mods folder

In Twitch App there was a refresh button that scanned mods folder(probably? no idea how exactly it worked) on current profile and added manually added/updated(dragged and dropped into mods folder) mods to the list of installed mods, it would be nice since curseforge search is not always working as intended and showing either non-related mods/modpack with search word or not showing what was searched for at all.

Sorry, it was my bad, there's no problem with the search, mods didn't update version tags on jar files, so when searching from existing profile it didn't show mods without corresponding version tag. But rescan button would still be great if it adds everything from mods folder into the list regardless of the tags
