Allow the use of multiple filters at once. Merged

More specifically, allow people to search using multiple different filters such as "Tech" and "Magic" rather than just "Tech" and just "Magic". I'd also like the ability to use a better version filter, so you can search for 1.12 and up or 1.12 and 1.14 or something like that. I don't know. This is just my opinion, and is purely for my own convenience.

    Also the Resources pack search filter should have this as well!
