Dislike mods when adding content Merged

The opposite of the favorite button when adding content, some way to hide any mod you do not think has any chance of going into the current modpack could be hidden until the dislike is revoked. Anyone looking to add content to a modpack would not have to sift through the same hundred or more mods every time the order is changed or if the list of mods that exist is massive.
