Localized Currency Selection for Premium

CurseForge Premium prices are currently primarily displayed in USD. It would be useful to add a currency selection option in the account or application settings.

Users could select their preferred currency based on their country, such as PLN for Poland, EUR for the Eurozone, GBP for the United Kingdom, and so on. Premium prices would then be displayed in the selected currency, with the actual payment currency and exchange rate clearly shown during checkout.

This would make Premium pricing more transparent and accessible to users worldwide.
