Currently it appears that when updating a Modpack it redownloads ALL the mod files.
A much better method would be to do a differential update by default, and add a switch to do a full update instead. (This is in-case something is corrupted or otherwise not working, so it just redownloads the whole pack).
This would make it compare the current modlist against the other version's modlist to see what mods have changed and then just add/update/remove those specific mods.
This can significantly reduce the amount of data used and speed up modpack update times.
